Marquette – The Marquette Regional History Center will host a Fish Painting Workshop
with Liz Yelland on Wednesday, July 12 from 6 to 8 p.m. at the MRHC, 145 W. Spring Street in Marquette.
This is a special event relating to the Special Exhibition, “Kissing the Water: The Lure and the Lore of Fly Fishing”. This class will explain how to paint a colorful fish. Both beginners and experienced painters are welcome.
The registration fee is $37 and includes canvas, supplies, wine (must be 21 years or older) and a light snack. Advanced sign up is required and the class is limited to 20 people. Sign up deadline is July 11. Call the
