Marquette – A Middle Eastern Dinner will be offered on Tuesday, May 30 beginning with a cocktail reception at 6 p.m. followed by the dinner at 6:30 p.m. in the Great Lakes Rooms of the University Center at Northern Michigan University.
Upper Peninsula Folklife Awards will be presented after the Entrée course. The cost is $75 per person ($21 will be recognized as a charitable contribution and event proceeds will benefit the Beaumier U.P. Heritage Center and the American Culinary Federation U.P. Chapter Scholarship through the NMU Foundation.
