Marquette – Registration for Superior Dental Day, for Marquette, Alger, and Baraga counties, will be held Monday, February 27 and Tuesday, February 28 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. by calling 227-1628.
The event, to be held on Saturday, April 15 at the West Ishpeming Dental Clinic, will offer free oral health care services for uninsured and under insured adults from both Marquette and Baraga counties. Qualifying adults will receive free cleanings, fillings and extractions, as well as information about community resources, prevention and nutrition.
Adults can qualify to participate if they are at up to 250 percent of the federal poverty line. The mission of Dental Day is to restore dignity through volunteerism and caring by providing oral health services.
