Northern Michigan University's Winterfest with the theme “Frigid Fiesta”, will include NMU Ski and Snowboard Day at Marquette Mountain on Tuesday, February 19. From 10 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. lift tickets will be only $7 and rentals are only $10. Winterfest will run through Saturday, February 23. The Student events committee will collect winter apparel, such as hats, mittens and scarves throughout the festival in cooperation with the NMU Volunteer Center.
