Marquette – The Lake Superior Piano Workshop will give their annual Performer’s Choice recital on Sunday, January 29 at 3 p.m. at the Federation of Women Clubhouse on the corner of Front and Ridge Streets in Marquette.
The recital will feature piano works of Brahms, Ginastera, Franck, Hawkins, Rimsky-Korsakoff and Thomas LaVoy. Pianists include Esther LaVoy Barrington, Robert Buchkoe, Michael Kowalczyk, Nancy Railey and Nancy Redfern. A freewill donation to maintain the clubhouse pianos will be accepted.
