Northern Michigan University's Winterfest with the theme “Frigid Fiesta”, will include Human Sled-Dog Races on Sunday, February 17 at 2:30 p.m. on the lawn of the Superior Dome/PEIF. Winterfest will run through Saturday, February 23. The Student events committee will collect winter apparel, such as hats, mittens and scarves throughout the festival in cooperation with the NMU Volunteer Center.
