Marquette – The 5K Reindeer Dash Fun Run/Walk will be held on Tuesday, December 20 beginning at 6 p.m. at the Queen City Running Company, 119 W. Baraga Avenue in Marquette.
Make sure to put on your ugly Christmas Sweater for this first ever event. The starting point is at the end of Baraga Avenue heading north along the bike path to a 1.5 mile turnaround. Overall male and female winners will receive a special prize from Santa! Free food and beverages will be provided at the end of the event at the Queen City Running Company.
There is no cost for this event but you are encouraged to bring an unwrapped gift or toy for a child 14 and under. Gifts will be delivered to the Marquette Mining Journal Cheer Club on Wednesday, December 21.
