Gwinn Area Frostbite Festival Feb. 15 & 16

The Gwinn Area Frostbite Festival will kick off with snow statue exhibits by participating businesses on Friday, February 15. The opening ceremony will begin at 5:45 p.m. with the Color Guards of VFW Post 5670 and American Legion Post 349 and the Forsyth Singers. The Midnight Run will begin at 6 p.m. at Larry&#39s Family Foods. There will also be a Fish Fry from 4 to 7 p.m. at the VFW Post 5670. On Saturday, February 16 there will be an opening ceremony at 9:15 a.m. The Jackpine 30 Race will begin at 9:30 a.m. at Larry&#39s Family Foods. There will be a Mystery Dinner Theater at Tailwinds at KI Sawyer, beginning with cocktails at 5:30 p.m. Tickets are $25 per person and available at the Gwinn-Sawyer Medical Center.
