Marquette – SHAPE (Superior Health Alliance Promoting Exercise) will be held on Saturday, December 3 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the basement of the Upper Peninsula Medical Center, 1414 W. Fair Avenue in Marquette.
The goal of the event is to educate elderly people in the Marquette community about fitness, exercise and diabetes prevention. The event is free and open to anyone of any ability over the age of 60.
