Calumet – An open house will be held on Thursday, December 1 from 5 to 6:30 p.m. at Upper Great Lakes Calumet Family Health Center, 56901 South 6th Street, Calumet.
The purpose of the open house is to introduce the Calumet Family Health Center team of providers and showcase new dental services in Calumet. The health center offers the Calumet area increased access to primary and oral health care regardless of the patients’ ability to pay. Most private insurance plans, Medicaid and self-pay patients will be accepted. Discounted rates will be available to those who qualify.
