Negaunee – Negaunee Pioneer Days Events for Friday, July 8:
Fox Negaunee Golf Outing at Wawonowin Country Club with registration at 8 a.m. and the shotgun start at 9:30 a.m. Cost is $50 per person or $200 for a 4 person team.
Continental Breakfast at the Negaunee Senior Center from 9 to 10:30 a.m. Cost is $4.
Negaunee High School Class of 1959 meeting at Negaunee Senior Center at 10 a.m.
Teal Lake Senior Living Community Open House from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. A craft show will be featured.
Friday Free Flea Market on Iron Street from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Set up is free and begins at 9 a.m.
Pioneer Days Alumni 5K Fun Run/Walk at the Iron Ore Heritage Trail with registration at 10 a.m. The event begins at 11 a.m. A suggested donation of $10 is asked with proceeds going to the Matthew Worthington Scholarship Fund.
Negaunee High School Class of 1946 70th Reunion at the Negaunee Senior Center at 11 a.m.
Range Bank Pioneer Days Celebration from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the Range Bank parking lot. Light snacks will be served.
St. Paul School Luncheon at the Negaunee Senior Center at 11:30 a.m. RSVP to Bark at 475-9405.
Pioneer Days Bingo at the Negaunee Senior Center from 1 to 4 p.m. A concession stand will be available.
Negaunee High School Class of 1996 20 Year Reunion at the Negaunee City Center from 7 to 11 p.m. The cost is $15 per person.
Negaunee Eagles Open House and Cook-out from noon to 2 a.m. with live music by the Cadillacs from 9 p.m. to 1 a.m.
VFW Post 3165 Open House from 3 p.m. to close.
Alumni Softball Games at LaCombe Field beginning at 6 p.m.
Negaunee High School Class of 2006 10th reunion at Chapper’s Pub at 6 p.m.
Negaunee High School Class of 1966 meeting at the Negaunee Elks Club at 7 p.m.
Negaunee High School Class of 1986 30th reunion at Barr’s Bar at 6:30 p.m.
2nd Annual Mr. Upper Peninsula “Pageant” at the Historic Vista Theater. Doors open at 7 p.m., the show starts at 7:30 p.m. Tickets are $12 general admission, $15 VIP seating.
