Marquette – The DeVos Art Museum will present the ninth annual “North of the 45th” juried exhibition on Friday, June 3 beginning with an opening reception from 6 to 8 p.m. at the museum on the campus of Northern Michigan University.
Featured artists live in the geographical area north of the 45th parallel in Michigan, Wisconsin and Minnesota. The reception will include live music, food and drink, with juror’s remarks at 7 p.m. Admission is free.
Museum hours are 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday-Wednesday and Friday, noon to 8 p.m. Thursday and 1 to 4 p.m. weekends. “North of the 45th” will be on display through August 7.
