MARQUETTE, MI – The youth of Messiah Lutheran Church are hosting a coffee house at the church on Sunday April 17. The event will begin with a luncheon at 11:30 followed by the coffee house and live music performed by Jamie Dodge (vocals), Eric Banitt (piano), Tom Bronken (bass) and Erik Moisio (percussion). The combo will perform from noon until 1:45 p.m. Donations will be accepted for the luncheon, and specialty desserts and coffee drinks will also be provided at an extra cost.
The music will start at 12 noon and go until about 1:45.
The coffee house is a fundraiser for the youth ministry program and its upcoming trips. The entire community is welcome to enjoy an afternoon of delicious treats and wonderful music.
