Marquette – Northern Michigan University’s music department will showcase the talent of Maggie Kieckhafer on piano on Saturday, April 16 at 7:30 p.m. in Reynolds Recital Hall in the C.B. Hedgecock Building.
Kieckhafer is a music major with an emphasis on piano. She is from Houghton and spent two years at the Lawrence Conservatory before coming to Northern. During her time at NMU, she has been a member of the Jazz Band and Madrigal Choir and has performed with the Marquette Symphony Orchestra. Her goal is to become a vocal coach and professional accompanist. Kieckhafer has recently been accepted to the graduate program at Western Michigan University.
