“The Ancient Copper Trade – Unknown History of Michigan Copper,” an entertainment series featuring U.P. authors, will be presented by the W.C. Peterson Auditorium Committee. Fred Rydholm will speak on Saturday, January 26. Jerry Harju will speak on Saturday, February 23. Both programs will begin at 7 p.m. at the Peterson Auditorium in Ishpeming. Tickets for each presentation are $5 and can be purchased at the Ishpeming Credit Union, main office and Joseph's branch, Peninsula Bank of Ishpeming main office and Jubilee branch, Wells Fargo of Ishpeming and Ishpeming High School. Tickets will also be available at the door. Proceeds will go toward auditorium improvements.
