Marquette – In anticipation of the new movie release, “Star Wars” film fans to enjoy the three original “Star Wars” film releases on the big screen in a BYO Dinner theater setting in the Community Room of the Peter White Public Library.
“Star Wars: A New Hope” will be screened on Thursday, December 3 at 6 p.m. and viewers are welcome to bring their own meal to enjoy during the films.
In a decade far, far away, the first “Star Wars” film premiered in 1977. In this movie, we meet Luke Skywalker who joins forces with a Jedi Knight, a cocky pilot, a wookie and two droids in their quest to save the universe from the Empire’s world-destroying battle station.
The second film of the film fest, “The Empire Strikes Back” will be screened on Wednesday, December 9 and the third film, “The Return of the Jedi” will be shown on Wednesday, December 16. Show time is 6 p.m. for both films.
