Marquette – The Northern Climate Network will host a presentation titled “UP Forests and Climate Change: Risks, Opportunities and Ways to Adapt” on Friday, November 13 at noon in Room 1318 of Jamrich Hall at Northern Michigan University.
Stephen Handler, climate change specialist for the U.S. Forest Service, will lead the discussion. The public is invited.
The Northern Climate Network is a student-led, campus-wide consortium providing opportunities for faculty, staff, students and community members to discuss and learn about climate change in our region. For more information, contact climate@nmu.edu.
