Ishpeming – The St. Vincent de Paul “Friends of the Poor” 5K Run/Walk or 1 to 2 Mile Walk will be held on Saturday, October 10 beginning at 7:30 a.m. at the Heritage Trail parking lot at lower Bigelow and 7th Streets in Ishpeming. The race begins at 9 a.m.
Registration can also be done online at www.svdpusa.net/fop. Registration fee is a $5 minimum donation. All ages are welcome and prizes will be awarded. Proceeds will go to help local families. For more information, call Kelly Carlson at 250-6379.
