Marquette – The Iron Butterfly, a resiliency and stress reduction workshop, will be offered Saturday, June 7 from 9 a.m. to noon at the Presque Isle Park pavilion.
Registration will be at 8:30 a.m. Cost is $75, and participation is limited to 20.
The workshop will provide an overview of the physiology of stress, instruct participants on the practice of seven specific techniques from mind/body medicine, offer practical applications for personal life and the workplace and provide instruction on enhancing health and increasing balance.
