(Marquette, MI) – Back by popular demand, tickets are on sale now for the Peter White Public Library’s two part antique appraisal event on Thursday, Sept. 24 from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm and Friday, Sept. 25 from 1:00 pm to 4:00pm in the library’s Shiras room.
Don’t throw it away! Find out how much that attic treasure is worth. Verbal item appraisals will be provided for advance ticket holders by Mark F. Moran, of Iola, Wisconsin, who has been active as an appraiser of antiques and fine art for more than 20 years. Spectators are welcome to attend at no charge and enjoy the action.
Tickets for a scheduled appraisal time are available now from the library’s circulation desk on the main floor for $15.00 per item. There is a limited number of tickets available for each day with a maximum purchase of 3 tickets per person. Tickets can also be reserved by calling 906-228-9510 with a valid credit card. Proceeds will benefit the Peter White Public Library.
