Marquette – A closing concert for the Percussive Attack Camp, held at Northern Michigan University, will be offered on Friday, August 7 at 7:30 p.m. in Reynolds Recital Hall on the NMU Campus.
Under the direction of Carrie Biolo and Shannon Whitehouse, middle school students through adults participating in the week-long camp developed musicianship within the context of courses in experimental, improvisation, traditional chamber ensemble, rudimental and la poubelle. They will showcase what they learned in the concert, which is free and open to the public.
