Big Bay – “Sunburns to Snowstorms,” a program featuring author and meteorologist Karl Bohnak and photo historian Jack Deo, will be offered on Thursday, August 6 at 7 p.m. at the Thunder Bay Inn in Big Bay.
Bohnak and Deo combine their stories and images to illustrate the wide range of weather extremes we experience living in the U.P. View famous weather events from the last 150 years: forest fires, lightning, tornadoes, floods and of course snow.
There is limited seating. Tickets are $10 in advance by calling 250-3350, or available at the door for $12.
