Negaunee – Negaunee Pioneer Days Events for Wednesday, July 8 are as follows:
Continental Breakfast at the Negaunee Senior Center from 9 to 11 a.m.
NHS Class of 1950 will meet for coffee 10 a.m. to noon at the Negaunee Senior Center.
NHS Class of 1951 will meet for coffee at 10 a.m. at the Negaunee Senior Center.
NHS Class of 1952 will meet for coffee 10 a.m. to noon. at the Negaunee Senior Center.
Negaunee Historical Museum will have free admission for senior citizens from 10 a.m.to 4 p.m.
A Salad Luncheon will be offered at 11:30 at Immanuel Lutheran Church on US 41.
Negaunee Senior Center will offer a pasty pie luncheon; open to the public, at 11:30 a.m. Cost is $5.75 senior/$6.75 public.
Negaunee Elk’s Kids Bike Parade line up begins at 1 a.m. at the corner of Iron Street and Silver Street. The parade ends at the Ice Arena.
Negaunee Elk’s Kids Day runs from noon to 3 p.m. at the Negaunee Ice Arena, offering food, games and raffles.
Local 4950 Steelworkers will have an open house at Ronn Hall, from noon to 4 p.m. Entertainment- Mining History Presentation with food and beverages. The event is free.
Friends of the Negaunee Library need help sorting books starting at noon at the Negaunee Senior Center.
NHS Class of 1947 will meet for coffee 1:30 to 3:30 p.m. at the Negaunee Senior Center.
Old-timers Softball Game begins at 3 p.m. at LaCombe Field.
Pasqualis Car Show and Cruise will be held at Pasquali’s on Teal Lake Avenue. Drive-in is from 6 to 9 p.m., cruise at 9 p.m. The event is free.
Negaunee City Band will perform at 7:30 p.m. at the band shell.
VFW Local 3165 open house.
