Calendar – Films/Documentaries – Matinee Movie to Screen “Song of the Sea” – June 15

Marquette – The Matinee Movie series will feature a screening of “Song of the Sea” on Monday, June 15 at 12:30 p.m. in the Community Room of the Peter White Public Library.

Based on the ancient Celtic myth of the selkie, this animated feature film is about Saoirse, a little girl who can turn into a seal, goes on an adventure with her brother to save the spirit world and other magical beings like her. The film is rated PG and runs for 93 minutes.

Matinee Movie welcomes the public to bring a lunch and enjoy the family friendly feature film with closed captioning on for access to all, in a cafe theater setting.
