Geri Taeckens will present “Journey to Independence” on Tuesday, June 3 from 1 to 3 p.m. at the Nonprofit Commons, 129 W. Baraga Avenue in Marquette.The event is based on Taeckens' autobiographical novel “Blind Man's Bluff,” chronicles of her journey of learning to accept herself and others.
