Munising – A Carnival for Cully and Benefit Dinner will be held on Thursday, May 28 from 5 to 8 p.m. at Alger Parks and Recreation Center in Munising.
This is a benefit put on by students of Munising High and Elementary Schools for a classmate that has been diagnosed with Hodgkin’s Lymphoma. Ten year old Cully Trzeciak will need to travel to Lansing each week for 3 to 6 months for chemotherapy.
Face painting and other fun stuff at the carnival and a spaghetti dinner are planned, as well as raffles, bake sales and silent auctions. An $8 donation per person for the dinner is being asked, with the proceeds to help Cully.
