Marquette, Michigan (Radio) – Peter White Public Library invites film fans to a BYO Dinner Theater event on Tuesday, May 19 at 6:00 pm to enjoy a screening of “The Imitation Game” in the library’s Community room.
Loosely based on the book, Alan Turing: The Enigma by Andrew Hodges, this historical thriller is set during World War II when mathematician Alan Turing with help from fellow mathematicians, tries to crack the Enigma code used by Nazi Germany to encrypt messages.
The film stars Benedict Cumberbatch, Keira Knightley and Matthew Goode. Nominated for eight Academy Awards and five Golden Globe Awards, “The Imitation Game” was released in December 2014, is rated PG-13, and runs for 114 minutes.
The BYO Dinner Theater welcome the public to bring their own takeout meal or buy from the library café and enjoy the feature film in a dinner theater setting.
