Marquette – In recognition of May as Mental Health month, Your Mind Matters will host the evening panel presentation “Let’s Talk: Suicide Prevention Community Forum” on Wednesday, May 13 at 6:30 p.m. in the Community Room of the Peter White Public Library.
The Marquette County Suicide Prevention Alliance invites community members to attend a forum to discuss suicide prevention efforts in Marquette County. Representatives from law enforcement, mental health,
NMU, UP Health System, Great Lakes Recovery Centers, and area schools will provide a panel presentation and be available to answer questions. Light refreshments will be served.
There is no admission charge and no registration is required. Your Mind Matters is a community dialog on mental health issues sponsored by a coalition of community groups and the Peter White Public Library.
