Marquette – Art work by students from area schools will be featured at the annual Marquette Children’s Exhibition at Northern Michigan University’s Devos Art Museum. The exhibit will be on display from May 4 through 24, with a reception from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday, May 15. Admission is free.
Art created with a variety of media will be featured. The students represent the following schools: Powell Township, Cherry Creek Elementary, Superior Hills Elementary, Crossroads Christian Academy, Northstar Academy, Father Marquette, Lakeview Elementary, Aspen Ridge and Bothwell Middle School.
The exhibit will be on display during the Devos Art Museum’s regular hours: 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Wednesday, noon to 8 p.m. Thursday, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Friday and 1 to 4 p.m. weekends.
