Marquette – Peter White Public Library will host two screenings of “Interstellar” on Tuesday, April 21 in the library’s Community Room. The Matinee
Movie show time is 12:30 p.m. and the BYO Dinner Theater screening begins at 6 p.m.
This sci-fi adventure is set in the near future when Earth has been devastated by drought and famine. A mysterious rip in the space-time continuum is discovered giving mankind the chance to escape. A crew of astronauts travel through a wormhole in search of a new home for humanity.
“Interstellar” was released in November 2014, is rated PG-13 and runs for 169 minutes. The Matinee Movie and BYO Dinner Theater welcome the public to bring
their own takeout meal or buy from the library cafe and enjoy the feature film in a dinner theater setting. Closed captions will be on at the matinee screening to ensure access to all.
