MARQUETTE (49855) – End your week with a song at the Big Water Community Sing on Friday, April 17 from 3:30-5:30 pm in the Peter White Public Library’s Community room.
Join song leader, Corinne Rockow and the Big Sing Band, for a fun and energetic vocal jam session for anyone who wants to sing. The first half hour is devoted to lively music for young children.
At a community sing everyone joins together to sing familiar tunes from years gone by, seasonal music and, perhaps, learn a new song or two. This is not a performance, just singing for the sheer joy of it. Copies of Rise Up Singing are available to borrow at each session.
All ages and abilities are invited to enjoy to this casual monthly gathering. This will be the last community sing before the summer break. Don’t miss it!
