Marquette – Film fans to a spring break celebration of award winning films with a screening of “The Black Stallion” on Tuesday, April 7 at 3 p.m. in the Community Room of the Peter White Public Library.
The film is based on the book by Walter Farley. From its turbulent beginning in a storm-swept sea to its unforgettable horse race finale, this film is a modern-day movie landmark. “The Black Stallion” is rated G and runs for 118 minutes.
