Marquette – Matinee Movie series will offer a screening of “The Theory of Everything” on Tuesday, March 17 at 12:30 p.m. in the Community Room of the Peter White Public Library.
This Oscar winning biographical drama is the extraordinary story of one of the world’s greatest living minds, the renowned astrophysicist Stephen Hawking, who falls deeply in love with fellow Cambridge student Jane Wilde. Once a healthy, active young man, Hawking received an earth-shattering diagnosis at 21 years of age.
With Jane fighting tirelessly by his side, Stephen embarks on his most ambitious scientific work, studying the very thing he now has precious little of – time.
“The Theory of Everything” is rated PG-13 and runs for 122 minutes. Matinee Movie welcomes the public to bring their own lunch and enjoy the feature film with closed captioning on for access to all, in a cafe theater setting.
