MARQUETTE, MI – Get in on the action! The 25th running of the UP200 and Midnight Run will take place on February 13. Celebrate the start of both races in Downtown Marquette, beginning with the Opening Ceremony at 6:30 p.m. in front of The Mining Journal on the 200 block of West Washington Street. UP200 teams will hit the trail at 7 p.m., followed by Midnight Run teams at 8 p.m. The race route is set on Washington Street, heading east along Lakeshore Boulevard.
Between and during races, the Marquette Downtown Development Authority will be hosting a warm up party at the Marquette Commons on South Third Street. Warm food and refreshments will be available and the party will feature live entertainment by local favorites, Jim and Ray.
