Rock – A Pain Management Class will begin on Thursday, October 16 from 1 to 3:30 p.m. at the Rock Senior Center in Rock.
The class will be held every Thursday through November 20. The Chronic Pain Self-Management program is a six week program that teaches practical skills for living with (or caring for someone with) any type of health condition that causes chronic pain. The program focuses on ways to manage pain, feel better, and be more active.
The class is free, but registration is required. To register, call the Rock Senior Center at 356-6420.
