Marquette – Film fans are invited to a BYO Dinner Theater for a screening of “The Railway Man” on Tuesday, October 21 at 5:30 p.m. in the Community Room of the Peter White Public Library.
Colin Firth stars as Eric Lomax, a former British Army officer, who was tormented as a prisoner of war at a Japanese labor camp during World War II. Lomax discovers that the man responsible for much of his treatment is still alive and sets out to confront him.
Released in the U.S. in April 2014, the film is based on a true story, is rated R and runs for 116 minutes. BYO Dinner Theater welcomes the public to bring their own takeout supper and enjoy the feature film in a dinner theater setting.
