Calendar – Education – Archaeology Fair – Oct. 18

Marquette – An Archaeology Fair will be held on Saturday, October 18 from noon to 3 p.m. at the Marquette Regional History Center, 145 West Spring Street in Marquette.

International Archaeology Day is celebrated throughout the world on this day. This Marquette fair will introduce youth and adults to archaeology through hands-on activities, dig site stories, interactive games and displays. Local experts will share their work, including artifacts, and expertise.

The Fair is included with the cost of general admission. Museum admission prices: adults: $7, seniors: $6, students: $3, youth 12 and under: $2.
