Marquette – The 9th Annual Strut Your Mutt Charity Walk for Homeless Pets will be held, rain or shine, on Saturday, September 6 beginning at 9 a.m. with registration at Mattson Lower Harbor Park in Marquette.
Join hundreds of walkers who will be raising money to support UPAWS. You can walk with or without a dog, in memory of a beloved pet, or in honor of your cat. A free Strut Bandana will be given to each registered walker.
There will be fun for everyone including the family dog. Free snacks and beverages will be available for you and your pooch. In addition, there will be raffles, doggie contests including a costume contest, pet supply vendors, and prizes.
All money raised goes to benefit UPAWS homeless animals find their new loving homes. For more information, go to www.upaws.org.
