WHAT: “A Matter of Balance” is a FREE workshop for older adults living in fear of falling. Many older adults experience concerns about falling and restrict their activities. This FREE WORKSHOP is and evidence based award-winning program designed to manage falls and increase activity levels. This workshop is once a week for six weeks.
WHEN: Mondays Sept. 15th – Nov. 3rd 4:00-6:00pm
