An introduction to the Chinese art of Tai Chi Chuan will be held on Saturday, May 10 from 9:30 a.m. to noon at Grace United Methodist Church, 927 W. Fair Avenue, Marquette.
The workshop will focus on basic exercises to increase flexibility, immune function and circulation. A special focus will be on motivation and balance.
No experience is necessary. Wear comfortable clothing.
