Kingsford– Local barbeque connoisseurs will have an opportunity to become a Certified Barbeque Judge on May 10 in Kingsford. The event is being offered by U.P. Hog Wild, in conjunction with the Kansas City Barbeque Society.
The five hour class will teach all the judging rules and procedures implemented by the KCNS at its sanctioned barbeque events. Students will get step-by-step instruction and also participate in a simulated BBQ contest.
