Ishpeming – The Marquette County Suicide Prevention Coalition and the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention will host the Out of the Darkness Community Walk on Saturday, September 20 beginning at 9 a.m. at Al Quaal Recreation Area in Ishpeming.
Activities start at 9 a.m. and the walk begins at 10 a.m. The event includes T-shirts, a memory table, balloon release, and light refreshments. Proceeds will benefit local suicide prevention efforts and national advocacy and awareness programs.
