Marquette – “Party With A Purpose,” a night of shopping and play fund-raiser to benefit the Upper Peninsula Children’s Museum, will be held on Thursday, July 31 from 5 to 7 p.m. at the museum on Baraga Avenue in Marquette.
A number of local independent consultants will bring their goods and set up tables. Kids can play while parents shop. There will be prizes and discounts offered all evening long. Admission will be free and a portion of the proceeds from the evening’s sales will go to the Children’s Museum.
Thursdays are also Dominos Pizza night at the Museum where families can place an order at the Museum store by 5:30 p.m. and have a pizza delivered for $6, including tip.
