Great Lakes Recovery Centers (GLRC) held a brief dedication ceremony for Dr. C.B. Rao, as a part of their acquisition and subsequent move into the Tobin Building in Ishpeming. Dr. Rao is a popular pediatrician who treated three decades worth of local kids out of an office in Tobin. He was a bit nostalgic, but happy to see the building being put to good use.
