Speed the Light 5k/10k Glow Run

ISHPEMING, MICHIGAN – Speed the Light Glow Run is a family friendly event for all ages. The race starts on US 41 at the Good News Church parking lot in Ishpeming in a party zone, along your route there will be a party zone where we’ll be illuminating you with black lights and pumping tunes to keep you moving. The finish will be one big party with a light show, black lights, glow sticks and music. This is a fundraiser geared toward raising money for Speed the Light, a missions organization that provides vehicles to get children out of the sex trade and drilling wells for fresh water in 3rd world countries among many other things. Want to be healthier and support a good cause? Run in the speed the light glow run!

Registration Begins at Good News Church parking lot at 7:30 PM. Race starts at 9 PM. Some glow items will be provided, but don’t forget to come decked out in your glow items (glow sticks, glow paint, etc.). You be given a t-shirt to wear during the race on race day. wear. Wear clothing that you would be fine with getting glow paint or other glow items on.
