Most U.P. Roadside Parks Opened May 12th

Most of MDOT’s 32 Upper Peninsula roadside parks will be reopening. Others will remain closed until remaining snow melts.

Parks scheduled to remain closed include:

– Baraga Cliff Roadside Park on US-41 in Baraga County

– Memorial Airport Roadside Park on US-41 near Laurium in Houghton County

– Esrey Roadside Park on M-26 in Keweenaw County

– Hebard Roadside Park on M-26 in Keweenaw County
