IRON MOUNTAIN, MICHIGAN – A Diabetes self-management workshop is being offered at Iron Mountain’s Our Saviour’s Lutheran Church beginning on September 9th. Subjects covered include: symptoms of diabetes, stress, managing fatigue and emotional problems, exercise, healthy eating, medications, and working with health care providers.
