Houghton – The National Weather Service will offer a
Spring Weather presentation on Thursday, May 15 at 6:30 p.m. in the Michigan Tech University’s ADTC Building, 1402 Sharon Avenue in Houghton.
Topics will include the public’s role in building a weather-ready nation, social media’s role in weather reporting, basic radar and cloud interpretation, weather safety and preparedness.
The event is free and open to all weather enthusiasts.
