Marquette– Northern Michigan University’s Center for Native American Studies will host a presentation by Phil Bellfy based on his award-winning book, “Three Fires Unity: The Anishnaabeg of the Lake Huron Borderlands” on Monday, March 31 at 7 p.m. in 105 Jamrich Hall.
Bellfy is professor emeritus of American Indian studies at Michigan State University and has been involved in environmental and tribal rights activism for more than 40 years. His talk is free and open to the public.
