The NMU Hospitality Management Program will roll out the red carpet for the premiere culinary event of the season, “Classic Hollywood” on Friday, April 25 at the Jacobetti Center at NMU. The event will feature the glamorous style of the past blended with the modern flavor of today.
A wine and cheese reception will begin at 6:45 p.m. and dinner will be served at 7:30 p.m. Guests will enjoy an evening of exceptional service, food and entertainment.
To make a reservation, call the NMU Foundation at 227-2627 no later than April 21. This is an annual fundraiser for the NMU Hospitality Management Program.
